Hosting events as an Ambassador

In this Ambassador webinar, we discuss hosting your next event. We provide tips and tricks on hosting two straightforward, easy-to-facilitate event types: hosting the Citizen Science Foundations training and Do NASA Science LIVE! You will also have the opportunity to meet Hannah Evans, your new Ambassador Coordinator, who will leave some time at the end for questions and suggestions on how to make the impact and experience of our Ambassador team even greater!

Project Spotlight: E-I-E-I-O No with Caren Cooper

SciStarter Ambassador Workshop (By invitation only)

Balance out your turkey consumption with some community impact! Our November webinar is a “Project Spotlight” highlighting E-I-E-I-O No, a new project and SciStarter affiliate presented by the North Carolina Environmental Justice Network. The project aims to produce a transparent, crowdsourced map of factory farms and their proximity to local communities in North Carolina. Guest Caren Cooper, PhD, will join us from North Carolina State University to explain the project’s rationale and background. Then we will spend some time trying out the project together and end with a share-out of how the project can be featured in an in-person be turned into an event!

Registration is free and required.
